    The location was unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to Need. The room was neat, had a comfortable bed. The staff were knowledgeable and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

    The continental breakfast with a muffin, the bacon plus toast. Recently renovated, modern room with a separate bathroom and a hairdryer, soft bathrobes and a shower cap. Fantastic, incredible location in Vancouver, close enough to Vancouver / Whistler and so many food spots.

    Thank you for a really really nice experience, I recommend it. Fancy hotel in a beautiful area, the staff were affable. The staff was knowledgeable and gentle, and the service was good. Liked the premium king room I was given. The bed was very comfy, and there were a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a sitting area too.

    Great location on Burrard St. Close to everything. Efficient & helpful staff, nice pool and facilities. Didn't try restaurant as so many to choose from in Vancouver, but food was reasonably priced in an expensive city. Lovely spacious (standard) room secured at late bargain price for a 4/5* hotel.

    The staff at The Sutton Place were amazing! Very friendly, courteous and obviously well trained. Despite me showing up looking like a dirty hippy they took good care of me. The room was amazing, and Burrard is quiet enough despite being so central. The in room dining was easiest the best I've had in hotels in my entire life!

    The whole experience was very good. Spa service, workout facility, proximity to shopping and dining, concierge service, all were top notch.

    Clean up weight/exercise room - you have a terrific facility for a hotel (very pleasant surprise) but the free weights are unmarked and in disarray and the smaller free weights are all over the floor with no place to call home. It's unsightly and is an accident waiting to happen.

    The ambience and service were excellent. The hotel staff were all very accomodating and helpful. It was a very enjoyable weekend.

    I prefer a firmer mattress than what was provided.

    Delightful views, enjoyed particularly good and ideal setting.

    We had a well laid out room with large bathroom, that's big plus.

    Location was best...close to sky train and all basic tourist amenities, as well as business attractions. Service and attention of staff was superb: very informative and charming.

    The rooms were beautifully renovated and super comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The restaurant staff were great too help us with a special request. The spa experience was amazing, just like what guests loved about the soothing treatments they offer.

    only thing was no access to extra bottles of water after the in-store hotel closed.

    Amazing location and comfortable stay

    The location in downtown is perfect for exploring, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which disrupted our sleep on a couple of nights.
